WebEquipe is a product brand of CodersBucket Ltd., based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this policy, “we” means WebEquipe and CodersBucket Ltd. We are responsible for the personal data described here.
2. What we collect
We collect information when you buy a plan, create an account, contact support or use our plugins. The table below shows what, why and for how long.

3. How we use it
We use your data to provide and support the products you use, to send receipts and important account emails, and, only if you subscribe, to send release notes and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run WebEquipe, and only what each one needs:
- Freemius: checkout, licences, invoices and sales tax.
- Email provider: account emails and newsletters you sign up for.
- Hosting provider: stores this website and our support inbox.

Most WebEquipe plugins run entirely on your own WordPress site. Two features send content to outside services to work:

We keep data only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
